Shipping Policies
1.0 Shipping
Ebenezer Apparels will ship an order within 24 - 48 hours of order placement, subject to availability of the product. Generally Ebenezer Apparels expects your order to arrive within 4 - 10 working days of placing your order. This applies mainly to North America, Europe, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand. If your order has not arrived within this time please contact us. If there is any reason we know could delay your order, we will inform you by email. We only ship orders to physical addresses. Orders paid for by cheque will only be shipped after the clearance of the cheque at Ebenezer Apparels’ bank, unless prior arrangements have been made. Our shipping rates are based on the expected delivery time and weight of the total order and are calculated in the shopping cart. Delivery to some international destinations may take longer, up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

Ebenezer Apparels
offers a number of shipping options for our customers. These are UPS, USPS and NZ Post but we reserve
the right to use specific shipping methods to certain destinations.
1.2 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout and can be reviewed before the order is submitted. Shipping rates are calculated accoring to total weight and package size, and are dependednt on destination as well.

Ebenezer Apparels asserts the right to the copyright of all aspects of the website, except the trademarks, slogans, logos or designs of the products displayed.
2.0 Modification of Shipping Policy
Ebenezer Apparels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without notice. Ebenezer Apparels accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.
