Returns & Order Cancellations
1.0 Returns Ebenezer Apparels will only accept returns for the following reasons: • Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly through our fault.
• Goods that vary from their description on the Ebenezer Apparels website.
• If your order meets ours Returns criteria you must inform us by email within 2 days of receiving your order.
1.1 Faulty or Damaged Goods
Whenever possible, Ebenezer Apparels will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. Damaged or faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Ebenezer Apparels. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to Ebenezer Apparels in accordance with our returns policy.
2.0 Order Cancellation
Although Ebenezer Apparels will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance does not constitute an obligation on Ebenezer Apparels to supply. Ebenezer Apparels reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Ebenezer Apparels' obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
In the event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded to the value of the order in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify Ebenezer Apparels by email by 10.00 am on the next business day following the date of order. Cancellations made after order delivery will incur the shipping costs of the order. In the event that a customer cancels an order processed through a credit card, a charge may be liable to the customer. This charge goes to our merchant service provider and does not benefit Ebenezer Apparels in any way.
3.0 Modification of Policy
Ebenezer Apparels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without notice. Ebenezer Apparels accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.
