Q1. How do I pay for a product I want?
A1. Your can pay by Mastercard, VISA or Discover credit cards through our secure payment server operated by PayPal. You can also deposit the cash or pay by Internet Banking the order total amount (including shipping) into the Ebenezer Apparels Account (which is emailed to you when you select Cash payment method when placing your order). You may also pay by cheque (payable to Ebenezer Apparels ltd).
Q2. Are my credit card details safe if I buy online?
A2. YES. Your credit card details are transmitted via a
secure Gateway Interface. Security of information in transit to and
from our web site is encrypted using secure encryption protocols. The
increasing number of people using the internet to buy products is a show
of confidence in the security of internet transactions.
Q3. What currency is used to quote our prices?
A3. Our prices are quoted
in NZD currency but customers can check the equivalent amount in other
currencies by checking the Currency Converter. We also accept payments
in NZ dollars by cheque or direct credit into our bank account.
Q4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A4. We expect your order to arrive
within 5 -10 days if payment was accepted immediately and depending on
which shipping method you choose. For orders to countries outside Europe, America/Canada, New Zealand, Australia and East Asia,
delivery period may be longer. If you haven't received it within this period
then please contact us
and we will track your order. If your order is delayed by
unavailability of a product at the time of order we will inform you by email. Please

Q5. What is GST?
A5. GST stands for Goods and Services Tax and is
charged by the government of NZ for goods or services supplied. It is currently
charged at a rate of 15% of the value of goods supplied. It is already
included in the quoted prices. Please note that for all orders shipped outside New Zealand GST is deducted.
Q6. Who pays Customs Duty/Taxes?
A6: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and relevant taxes in their country. Ebenezer Apparels prices do not include any cutoms duties. Therefore where such duties are charged, the customer is expected to pay. Such duries vary widely from country to country nfd for the most part most countries don't charge any duty for orders below a certain threshold. If in doubt please ask your country's Customs Department.
Q7: What are your shopping hours?
A7: Ebenezer Apparels sells its products online, so we are virtually open 24 hours a day and customers can buy anytime.
Q8: Do you have a physical shop that customers can visit?
A8: At present Ebenezer Apparels does not have a physical shop that customers can visist. The address you see on our website is only for the office.

A9: Orders can be placed online from our website or emailed to or via telephone at +63 (03) 341 1384.
Q10: What sizing charts do you use?
A10: All clothes and shoes on are website use American Sizes. However we have Size-Conversion Charts for easy reference.
Q11: How do you handle returns?
A11: All returns are handled according to our Returns Policy.
